Applications:

Conforms to EN 204(D3) and BSEN 14256 for creep resistance.

Suitable for radio frequency curing.

Directions

Ensure surfaces to be bonded are clean, sound, dry and free from dust,

grease or other contaminants Apply an even, thin film of D3 Wood Adhesive to both surfaces, taking care

not to over apply. Clamp surfaces together until fully cured (dries off in 1-2 hours, full cure at 8 hours, dependent on temperature). If applying when fitting dowels, the adhesive should be applied to the holes. Remove wet adhesive using a damp cloth. Cured adhesive should be sanded off. This should be done prior to staining the wood.

Please note: applies white, dries clear.

Storage

Store in cool, dry conditions between +5°C and +25°C. Protect from frost (must be stored above freezing).Storage outside these temperatures can affect the quality of the product. Ensure container is well sealed to prevent water evaporation and skin formation. Slight separation may occur during storage, simply shake well before applying. Shelf Life 12 months when stored as directed.

Limitations

Not suitable for continuous water immersion.

Ensure wood doesn’t contain excessive moisture (<15%).

Do not use at temperature below 10°C.

Drying times are extended at lower temperatures.

Only suitable for bonding small porous laminate strips. Do not use on non-porous or large areas

of laminate.

External use – protect joints with an impervious paint system once dry.

It is the user’s responsibility to ensure suitability for use.
